FAQ
What does the CrossFit score measure?
It weights 7 training areas (lower-body strength, power, upper-body push, upper-body pull, running (intensity), running (distance), rowing / erg) into a single 0–100 score, so you can see where you’re strong and where you’re holding yourself back.
How do I improve my CrossFit score?
Your score is dragged down most by your weakest weighted area, not your best lift. Find that area in the free calculator and train it — that’s the fastest way to raise the number.
