Bodybuilder Standards
What does it take to be a strong Bodybuilder? Your score weights 4 areas — here's what counts and how to benchmark it.
| Area | Weight |
|---|---|
| Lower-body strength | 43.8% |
| Power | 12.5% |
| Upper-body push | 22.7% |
| Upper-body pull | 21% |
The HABS score: each area is the average of its benchmarks on a 0–100 curve, and the areas you have tested are weighted as above — an untested area is left out, not scored as zero. The same model and weights as the Take Point Fitness app.
Benchmarks: Back Squat · Deadlift · Bench Press · Overhead Press · Barbell Row · Power Clean
Also benchmarked (not in the HABS score): Front Squat · Broad Jump · Strict Pull-ups · Handstand Push-ups · Toes-to-Bar · Double-Unders · Muscle-ups · Plank Hold
FAQ
What does the Bodybuilder score measure?
It weights 4 training areas (lower-body strength, power, upper-body push, upper-body pull) into a single 0–100 score, so you can see where you’re strong and where you’re holding yourself back.
How do I improve my Bodybuilder score?
Your score is dragged down most by your weakest weighted area, not your best lift. Find that area in the free calculator and train it — that’s the fastest way to raise the number.
